Blue Skies Magens Bay is a New luxury villa located on Magens Bay, St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. 90% of the property was newly constructed in 2018 (you can also visit www.vrbo.com/397641). Rates are based on time of year and number of guests (max 12). BSMB is the ultimate St. Thomas vacation rental villa for you just minutes from the world-famous Magens Bay Beach and is offered directly from the owner. Very private in a lush tropical setting on the desirable calm side of Peterborg peninsula, with an exceptional view of Magens Bay. You enter the grounds through a secure electronic gate.

Comfortably furnished with four large suites separated by the pool and large outdoor deck, plus a bunk room. All suites have a large balcony, amazing view, and ensuite bathroom (one tub). The Master Suite has a king bed (sleeps 2). Suite #2 had a queen and bunk beds (sleeps 4). Suite #3 is a very spacious third bedroom suite located downstairs offering lots of privacy, a kitchenette, sitting area, and large balcony with a beautiful view of Magens Bay (sleeps 2, plus twin sleeper chair). Suite 4 has a king bed and two sets of bunkbeds (sleeps 6). We also have a small room with a set of comfy bunk beds off of the Master Suite and another set of bunk beds in the 2nd Master Suite (sleeps 4). Total beds sleep 16 (max 10 guests) =three kings, one queen, four sets of bunk beds, plus one pull-out twin sleeper if needed.

New updated water purification system was installed October 2021.

Check-in note: Please honor the check-in time of 4PM unless you get prior approval to arrive later due your flight itinerary (pls send Beverley a copy so she can see if there is a delay, etc.). There is a fee of $50 per 30 min after an hour window of your expected arrival to the house. Some guests have landed and then gone shopping and to dinner while Beverley has had to wait hours, missing family obligations, etc. Thank you for your help! Beverley will help to make sure that you are all settled in and will be just a phone call away should anything arise.
