Once you have dates in mind please fill out our contact form to confirm your dates. This may also be done by phone or email(lulacoco@hotmail.com). We will also confirm number of guests and villa rental rates at this time. |

Once you have been contacted by us to confirm your dates and villa rates, please fill out one of our SHORT TERM VACATION RENTAL LEASE FORM. This may be done online or you may print and e-mail the form. If you print the rental form you will need to fill it out and e-mail or mail it to us. This will place a hold on your villa for 10 days. If you prefer you can pay your 50% deposit or pay in full at this time. |

Once we have confirmed your rental dates, number and ages of guests, villa rates and have received your vacation rental lease form, you will need to pay a 50% deposit. The 50% deposit is due within 10 days after booking. The remaining balance, government hotel tax (8%) and refundable damage deposit ($500) will need to be paid at least 45 days prior to your arrival. You may pay in full if you prefer. We will send you a secure electronic invoice where you can easily pay online. |
